Due to limited space, we encourage you to make reservations in advance. Reservations are accepted on a first come, first served basis. Ski School reservations require a one day deposit to guarantee all desired days. After your first day, we will reconfirm your schedule and you will not be charged for days not used. Your Ski School deposit will be applied to a package rate at the end of your first day. If you will be renting boots/skis from us a one day rental fee will be charged and then pro-rated for multiple days at the end of your first day.

Infant/Toddler reservations, due to very limited space, require payment in full at the time of the reservation request. At the end of your first day, we will reconfirm your schedule and if you wish to cancel any day(s), you will receive a full refund for cancelled days.
Toddler half day programs are only available in the morning. Please call 1-800-541-8779 for availability for infant / toddler program prior to completing online reservation.


Ski school reservations can be changed from one day to another at no additional cost with 24 hour notice and provided space is available in the program. Because the Infant/Toddler nurseries are often sold out, changes to your child's reservations can be made at no additional cost only at the end of your child's first day. Reservation changes made at any other time, may be subject to a $20 processing fee and available space.


If you need to cancel your reservation for any of our programs, please call us as soon as possible. Cancellations received at least two weeks in advance will receive a refund equal to the deposit paid less a 10% processing fee ($10 minimum). Reservation cancellations received within a two week period are not subject to a refund, unless due to an illness accompanied by a doctors note.


Please bring your child in by 9:15 am for morning arrivals and 12:45 pm for afternoon arrivals. All reservations which are not claimed by these times are cancelled for that day and any other additional days. Refunds are not available for unclaimed reservations. If you are running late, give us a call and we will hold your reservation for you.
